 SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

Please allow Shipping times 5-9 business days. (varies by location)

  • This doesn’t include our 1-3 day processing time.
  • All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays

You will be sent an order confirmation email after purchase to the email address you provided during checkout, and a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your package ships.

NOTE: Delivery times provided are estimates, and while Str8 Jungle cannot guarantee exact arrival dates, we’re committed to making every effort to have your order reach you on or before the projected date.

Please review all shipping details carefully before completing your order, as incorrect information may delay your delivery if updates are needed. Your order may arrive via the local postal service or a local courier, and in most cases, it will be delivered with your regular mail. If you’re not available at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice with pickup details.

We cannot re-ship packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or customer unavailability. If your tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. Str8 Jungle is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier and does not provide refunds or credits for such cases.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS

Your local customs office may request additional documentation or processing time to clear your package, potentially affecting the estimated delivery timeline.

Please check your country’s postal regulations for any restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for items not permitted for entry. If customs holds or seizes your package, we are not responsible for any resulting losses. However, you may contact us to arrange a replacement delivery for an additional fee.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Str8Jungle is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 1-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at info@str8jungle.com 

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
